Based in California, USA, and being the HR director for 4 countries is interesting, educational, and at times, can be challenging. However, I have never had to worry about the benefits for my Canada team because of Baynes & White’s organization, administration, guidance, and support. There are so friendly and really understand my needs and shortcomings. Pam Martin has been amazing and has a great team. They never make me feel that my questions are a bother and I really feel like they are part of my team when I am resolving any insurance or benefits issues.
