We specialize in full benefit plan management
for corporate
clientele. There are twelve (12) full-time
professional staff servicing over 100 corporate clients from our office in
downtown Toronto, Ontario.
Founded in 1993, Baynes & White is a consulting firm formed exclusively
to provide a personalized approach to employee benefit plan management. After
many years of prior experience in large consulting firms, the principals of
Baynes & White realized that small and medium sized clients always seem to play
second fiddle to these firm's large clients.
Technical excellence is required to manage benefit plans and research projects
in today's environment, and there are many talented professionals in many firms in
this country. Unfortunately, understanding the needs of a client and surpassing their
