Deborah McMillan, FSA, FCIA — Senior Consulting Actuary

Deborah uses her over 20 years of experience to ensure that our clients’ retirement plans run smoothly and efficiently. She is actively involved in the Canadian pension industry—publishing articles on retirement plan issues, chairing the 2008 and 2009 annual Pension Seminars for the Canadian Institute of Actuaries (CIA) and as a member of the CIA’s Pension Plan Financial Reporting Committee. Deborah is an Honours Co-op Mathematics graduate from the University of Waterloo, a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a Fellow of the Canadian Institute of Actuaries.

Ivy Tsang, CFP, FMA — DC and Financial Consultant

Ivy is manager of our defined contribution department, providing essential plan governance services such as investment reviews and member financial education. She has over six years of financial planning experience and nearly 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Ivy attended the University of Toronto and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.

Ivy Tsang will be on maternity leave beginning May 20, 2011 to May 2012. In her absence, please direct all correspondence to Deborah McMillan.
